We adhere to Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and all applicable laws and regulations concerning child safety.
1. Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
SARL Phoenix Studio has a zero-tolerance policy towards CSAE. We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that:

- Age Verification: Users must be at least 18 years of age to use our app. Google accounts that are determined to belong to underage users will not be able to see or access our app in Google Play Store.
- Content Moderation: We utilize human review to monitor user-generated content, including profiles, messages, and images, for any signs of CSAE. We have trained moderators who are specifically educated on identifying and addressing potential CSAE.
- Reporting Mechanism: We provide a clear and easily accessible in-app mechanism for users to report any concerns or suspected CSAE. Reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly. See Section 4 for details.
- Collaboration with Authorities: We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in the investigation and prosecution of any CSAE offenses.
3. Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
SARL Phoenix Studio has a strict protocol for addressing CSAM:
- Immediate Removal: Any content identified as CSAM will be immediately and permanently removed from our platform.
- Reporting to Authorities: We will report all instances of confirmed or suspected CSAM to the appropriate legal authority.
- Account Termination: Users who create, distribute, or possess CSAM will have their accounts terminated and be permanently banned from our platform.
- Data Preservation: We will preserve any relevant data related to CSAM for law enforcement purposes, in accordance with applicable laws.
4. In-App Mechanism for User Feedback
We provide an in-app "Report" feature that allows users to signal concerns including those related to potential CSAE. Users can report a profile by clicking on the “Report/Flag” button available on every profile screen. Upon Reporting our team starts an investigation and gathers feedback via email with the user or users that initiated the reporting process.
- Accessibility: The Report feature is easily accessible and clearly labeled.
- Responsiveness: We acknowledge all reports within 24 hours and investigate them thoroughly.
- Confidentiality: Reports are handled with sensitivity and confidentiality, and the reporter's identity is protected to the extent permitted by law.
- Action: Appropriate action is taken based on the investigation findings, which may include warnings, account suspension, or permanent banning.
5. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
SARL Phoenix Studio complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations.
- We have processes in place for reporting confirmed CSAM to the relevant authorities, as required by law.
- We regularly review and update our policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with evolving legal requirements.
